How to Achieve It:

• Eyes: Base entire eyelids with a pastel eyeshadow and blend it lightly towards the brow bone. Put a deeper colour directly into the crease for some more dimension.
• Lips: Soft glossy pastel lip tones or tinted lip balms gives you a fresh look.
• Cheeks: Blush is also code so the same pastel color as Cheeks

Tip: Add highlighter along the cheekbones for a subtle twinkle.

Leave it to the under eye or cheek area, you get that young vibes from everywhere with those polka dots.

How to Achieve It:
